This book was not very informational. It has lots of pictures and sums up the calories, carbs etc. for the meal shown.

Please Don't waste your money

Please don't waste your money on this book if you need a Diabetic Diet. This book will be no help at all. Just regular reciepes with the list of carbs - calories - ect. That is not what I needed. I needed good ideas to help keep my sugar under control. For example the bran muffin reciepe calls for 1/4 c packed brown sugar AND 1/4 c molasses or honey. How is that a Diabetic reciepe? This book also suggest you eat boxed mac & cheese and frozen french fries? Several of the deserts call for sugar?
